Sue had gained fame from her career with the National Football League (NFL). She has planned many events, including several of the prestigious Friday Night Commissioner's Parties. She has also hit the lecture circuit, speaking at the University of Georgia as part of the NFL's "Career in Sports" lecture series.

At Super Bowl XXXIX in Jacksonville, Florida, Sue's assignment was to be an escort for former presidents Clinton & Bush. Rumor has it that Sue was groped by Bill Clinton! No...maybe that was just the tabloid headline. It was just an innocent hug! Check out the photo and decide for yourself.
